Jamie Vardy and Ben Chilwell are both nursing minor injuries but should be in contention for Monday night, even if both are rested from the off.

Kelechi Iheanacho is a more than able deputy to Vardy when it comes to facing Aston Villa, with six goals in his last four appearances against the Midlands club, three of which have come this season.

Brendan Rodgers fielded a strong side in the cup against Birmingham in midweek but the likes of Tielemans, Barnes and Perez may well return to the starting XI.
