UCL Match Preview : Tottenham vs Bayer Leverkusen


Tottenham were fortunate to come away with a point in their meeting with Bayer Leverkusen having been on the backfoot for much of the fixture in Germany.

They need to make home comforts count to secure their place in the next round of the competition, with the welcome of a disappointing Bayer 04 side the perfect chance for their second win in the competition this term.

Tottenham – Harry Kane is closing in on a return to fitness following an ankle problem, but misses out as does Erik Lamela.

Roger Schmidt is sweating on the fitness of Omer Toprak and Jonathan Tah, with the pair set to be assessed closer to kick off.
