Match Preview : West Ham vs Chelsea

West Ham have only lost one of their last six matches and will be looking to pull off another win at home to Chelsea like they managed in the EFL Cup earlier in the campaign.

Chelsea’s lead at the top of the table could be cut to seven points by the time they travel to West Ham on Monday night and they will be looking to restore their advantage in this London derby.

Team News

West Ham – Andy Carroll is still struggling with a groin injury that kept him out of their 1-1 draw with Watford last time around and Slaven Bilic will be desperate to have him available for the reception of Chelsea on Monday. Predict correct score of this match on

West Ham have already been served a blow by the absence of Michail Antonio, who is suspended after being sent off against Watford. Andre Ayew is on standby to lead the line if Carroll is not fit enough to start.

Match Preview : Chelsea vs Swansea

Chelsea have the chance to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to 11 points when they kick off the weekend’s Premier League fixtures at home to Swansea.

They have won 16 of their last 19 in the Premier League and are favourites to continue their surge towards the title here.

Swansea have enjoyed a resurgence under Paul Clement and are now four points clear of the bottom three after winning three of their last four. The long break may actually disrupt Swansea’s momentum and make this an easier fixture for Chelsea. Predict and Win Big on

Team News

Chelsea – Thibaut Courtois pulled out of a television interview at the weekend after contracting an illness and his availability for Saturday’s clash with Swansea remains in doubt. Other than that Antonio Conte has a full squad to pick from this weekend and has no reason to make any real changes.

David Luiz, Nemanja Matic and Marcos Alonso were among the players to be given a rest last weekend and they will all be recalled here.

Match Preview : Burnley vs Chelsea

Chelsea are arguably set for a tougher task this weekend when they travel to Burnley compared to their match against title rivals Arsenal last time out.

Burnley have turned Turf Moor into a fortress this season, winning each of their last five on home soil. In fact, only Chelsea (33) and Tottenham (32) have picked up more points on home soil this season than the Clarets (28).

Chelsea have won both of their previous two meetings away to Burnley but they would be foolish to underestimate Sean Dyche’s side this weekend. Antonio Conte would allow for standards to slip here, however, and the Premier League leaders should at least maintain their lead at the top of the table, although it will be hard fought.

Team News

Burnley – Jeff Hendrick starts his three-game ban this weekend, while St- even Defour, Dean Marney and Kevin Long are also absent. Naija and Bet

Deadline day signings Robbie Brady and Ashley Westwood are still waiting to make their full debut for the club and with Hendrick absent there will be a spot free in central midfield this weekend.

Chelsea – Antonio Conte has no reason to make changes as Chelsea continue their charge towards the title.

Pedro and Willian are the only two players that look to be competiting for a place in the team.

Match Preview : Chelsea vs Arsenal

Chelsea managed to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League despite only managing a 1-1 draw with Liverpool on Tuesday and they should all but secure the title if they avoid defeat at home to Arsenal on Saturday.

Arsenal failed to gain ground on Chelsea in midweek after slipping to their home league defeat since August at the hands of Watford and they could finish the weekend outside the top four if they lose at Stamford Bridge.

The Gunners recorded their first league win against Chelsea in nine attempts when the two sides met earlier in the season but things have changed dramatically since their September clash and Chelsea are firm favourites to win their fifth home league game in a row against Arsene Wenger’s side, in which Arsenal haven’t even managed to score in their last three attempts.

Team News

Chelsea – David Luiz is still struggling with a knee injury picked up earlier in the season but Antonio Conte cannot risk taking him out of the team just yet. The same is true of Eden Hazard.
Pedro started the 1-1 draw with Liverpool on the bench and could come into the team here at the expense of Willian.

Match Preview : Liverpool vs Chelsea

Liverpool have struggled in 2017, with just one win to their name from eight this calendar year.

A 2-1 loss to Wolves at the weekend means they crashed out of two competitions in the space of four days after their EFL Cup loss to Saints and the will look to bounce back with the welcome of Chelsea.

The Blues have lost just one of their last 15 competitive outings, winning the other 14. This is an ideal chance to exact revenge on Liverpool after the fell to a 2-1 loss in the reverse fixture this season, that just one of Chelsea’s four competitive defeats this term.

The return of Sadio Mane is a boost to Liverpool, but Chelsea could continue the hosts’ poor start to the year in this one.

Team News

Liverpool – Danny Ings and Mark Grujic are both ruled out for the Reds for Tuesday’s welcome of Chelsea.

Match Preview : Leicester vs Chelsea

Leicester are unbeaten in three matches for just the second time this season heading into their home clash with Premier League leaders Chelsea.

Chelsea bounced back from their 2-0 defeat to Tottenham with a 4-1 win over Peterborough in the FA Cup third round.

Now they must focus their attentions on maintaining their five point lead at the top, which could increase if Liverpool drop points to Manchester United on Sunday.

Leicester’s results at home have been relatively solid and this will not be an easy fixture for Chelsea despite the notable drop off in form from Leicester in comparison to last season. Naija and Bet

Team News

Leicester – Jamie Vardy, who is available again after serving his three-match ban, and Andy King are slight doubts after missing their weekend win over Everton in the FA Cup through illness.

FA CUP Match Preview : Chelsea vs Peterborough

Chelsea’s 13 match winning run in the Premier League came to an end on Wednesday when they were beaten 2-0 by Tottenham. Now Antonio Conte’s side must pick themselves up and focus their attention on the FA Cup third round on Sunday.

Conte’s side crashed out of the League Cup to West Ham earlier in the season, in which Conte has already showed he is willing to make changes to the side. Some fresh faces should be picked for Sunday, which could give Peterborough a better chance of causing a cup upset here.

Chelsea only managed to beat Bristol Rovers 3-2 in the League Cup earlier in the season, which shows lowe league teams can get at them.

Peterborough have hit their best form of the season. Having only managed three wins in their first 15 matches of the season, they have won 10 of their last 17 in all competitions and have only lost three of those. Away from home they have won four of their last six. Chelsea cannot underestimate the Posh here.

Match Preview : Tottenham vs Chelsea

Tottenham have won their last two league games 4-1 and have secured victory in their last four. Spurs are also unbeaten in their last three home league meetings with Chelsea, including a memorable 5-3 win this time two years ago.

Chelsea’s 4-2 win over Stoke saw them match Arsenal’s 13-match Premier League winning run and victory against Spurs would see them set a new record. They have conceded just one goal in their last six away league games – a Gary Cahill own goal against Manchester City – and remain tough to break down.

Spurs have hit form at just the right time, though, and could end Chelsea’s winning run in front of their own fans on Wednesday night.

Team News

Tottenham – Kyle Walker and Jan Vertonghen both return from suspension after missing the 4-1 win at Watford on Sunday and should come into the starting XI.

Match Preview : Chelsea vs Stoke

Chelsea made it 12 league wins in a row with a comfortable 3-0 win over Bournemouth on Boxing Day and they will equal the record for the most amount of consecutive wins in a single campaign if they beat Stoke on New Year’s Eve.

Stoke made a bright start against Liverpool but crumbled to a heavy 4-1 defeat. Things don’t get much easier as they travel to Premier League leaders Chelsea next to cap a gruelling run of fixtures on the road, which also saw them lose to Arsenal before Tuesday’s match.

The Potters are actually unbeaten in their last three meetings with Chelsea and the Blues have only managed to score a single goal in four of the last six meetings between the sides at Stamford Bridge. However, it’s hard to see Stoke stopping the Chelsea juggernaut, who could extend their lead to nine points at the top of the table by the end of the weekend.

Team News

Chelsea – Chelsea are boosted by the return of Diego Costa and N’Golo Kante, who both missed their 3-0 win over Bournemouth through suspension. Pedro, however, is ruled out due to an accumulation of yellow cards.

Match Preview : Chelsea vs Bournemouth

Chelsea made it a club record 11 straight wins with a third 1-0 victory in a row this time at the expense of Crystal Palace.

They now have Arsenal’s record of 14 wins in a row in their sights but must overcome Bournemouth without key players N’Golo Kante.

Bournemouth have only won one of eight away games this season although they will be happy with their first half of the season. The Cherries are midtable but 16 of their 21 points have come on home soil so little is expected of them here.

Team News

Chelsea – N’Golo Kante and Diego Costa are suspended for Monday’s game against Bournemouth after both picking up their fifth yellow cards of the season. Cesc Fabregas and Michy Batshuayi should profit as a result of their absences. Naija and Bet

Eden Hazard has spent the first part of the week at Cobham to recieve treatment on a minor knee injury and is a doubt for the Boxing Day match at home to Bournemouth.
